How to Make Mango Float Like a Pro

If you want to know how to make mango float the easy way, don't worry I've got your back. I'm all about easy recipes and I've got this super easy mango float cake recipe just for you!

This is one of the easiest mango desserts that I know so you can whip this up anytime. Perfect for family gatherings, parties or even for a simple dinner dessert! 

I can say no to ice cream and cakes but not this one. My family loves it too! Best if you make this with Mango Cebu or the Guimaras variety. Yum!

What you will need are  the following:

  • 3-4 Large ripe mangoes (thinly sliced)
  • 250 ml condensed milk
  • 500 ml All purpose cream
  • 300 grams crushed grahams 

What you need to do:
Just layer them up!
  • Combine condensed milk and all-purpose cream, mix well.
  • Spread crushed Grahams on the bottom of the clear plastic or Pyrex container.
  • Arrange your mango slices on top of it and using a spoon, pour in a layer of condensed milk and all-purpose cream mix over your mangoes and crushed grahams.
  • Repeat.
  • top with crushed Grahams.
  • Freeze for about 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • Serve with a smile!
